A bench engineer reads every message and replies with a suggested session type, an honest estimate and the next free slot. Arrival notes are sent with every confirmed session. The bench is on the ground floor and has step free access.

All times are Mountain Time. Sessions that run past closing are arranged in advance and noted on the bench sheet.
Three questions we are asked most
No. A partial sketch, a list of parts and a description of the behaviour you expect is enough to start. If the drawing is incomplete we use the intake call to fill the gaps, and the rig often makes the missing block obvious. First time clients usually begin with a single bench day to test the waters.
Yes, and most clients do. Sessions are open by default, so you can watch the trace, ask questions and change your mind about a requirement while the rig is live. If your schedule does not allow it, we record the session in the bench note and send captures with the handover folder.
You do. The net list, the flash log, the measurement captures and the review record belong to the client and are handed over at the end of the engagement. GTO MPSX LLC keeps a copy only for the period described in the privacy policy, and only to support a return visit or a warranty question.
